Rinaldi "Giustina" Manaresso--Leather Handle
DUE TO ONGOING SUPPLY COMPLICATIONS we are currently unsure of when out-of-stock Rinaldi products will next be available, though we have them on order. Please sign up for our newsletter to receive notice when we get them back in.
The manaresso is a cleaver-like class of Italian tool used for chopping just about anything that needs to be chopped! The Giustina pattern is something like an Italian version of a golok and performs many of the same sorts of chopping and slashing tasks very nicely. The traditional stacked leather handle wicks away sweat from the hands for a secure grip even under extended use. A little and shorter and wider than the Falci version, with distal taper.
If selecting the Special Grade option we will thin and refine the factory edge.
