The manaresso is a cleaver-like class of Italian tool used for chopping just about anything that needs to be chopped! The Giustina pattern is something like an Italian version of a golok and performs many of the same sorts of chopping and slashing tasks very nicely. The traditional stacked leather handle wicks away sweat from the hands for a secure grip even under extended use. A little longer and narrower than the Rinaldi version.
The only thing wrong with this example is a slight gap between the leather guard disc and the rest of the handle washers.
If selecting the Special Grade option we will thin and refine the factory edge.
